The Crusoe Hotel has been awarded three stars by the Scottish Tourist Board Quality Assurance Scheme ensuring that you will be met with a high level of customer care and service during your stay.

VisitScotland, formerly known as the Scottish Tourist Board, works all year assessing standards for visitors. Their assessment of accommodation gives you a clear indication of cleanliness, ambience, hospitality, service, accommodation standard and food.

Using a scale of one to five stars, it provides the reassurance you need about what to expect before you arrive and the scheme allows you to distinguish between the quality of the accommodation, and the number of facilities on offer. The 5-Star Grading Scheme shows the full range of standards suitable for every budget and preference.

The Crusoe Hotel offers a "Very Good" standard as represented by the three star award.
